Have as many RS-232 controlled circuits as you need in one power panel. You can mix RS-232 controlled motorized branch breakers and standard QO breakers together for a single power panel solution. The panelboard is big and roomy with lots of space to work (250% more room than a load center), which makes it the electricians' favorite! Big as it is, the SCP still saves valuable wall space when compared to traditional relay-based control systems. The SCP comes with 200% neutrals to reduce neutral overheating caused by switch-mode power supplies. The SCP series also offers bolt-on breakers as an option to traditional plug-on models, and can control one, two or three pole breakers.
SCP 139-xx (for main breakers <100A) SCP 141-xx (for main breakers >100A)
SCP 338-xx (for main breakers <100A) SCP 341-xx (for main breakers >100A)
EXAMPLE: SCP 341-20 = a 3 phase RS-232 controlled panel board with 41 circuits (20 max controlled)
SCP 341-30 = a 3 phase RS-232 controlled panel board with 41 circuits (30 max controlled)

Each motorized breaker is RS-232 addressable via a simple set of jumpers on the LynTec control board. Once the RS-232 address starting point is set by inserting the jumper, each motorized breaker has the next sequential address assigned to it (one address per breaker), the RS-232 operator can then program the breaker addresses for individual control. The LynTec control boards only use as many addresses as there are motorized breakers connected to it, this saves valuable RS-232 addresses for other equipment. RS-232 commands for each breaker are on, off or no change.
