Discontinuation Notice: LynTec will discontinue its sound masking and ambient noise compensation lines at the end of 2011. Orders will be accepted through December 31, 2011 or until inventory is depleted. LynTec will continue to provide technical support and service for products already in the field.
Sound Masking Generators
The PAC+ (Programmable Audio Controller) is a "pink noise" generator source for improving speech privacy in open-plan work areas. Each unit provides timed audio level control of up to 6 channels of any program material (e.g. masking noise, paging, music etc.).
The RCMS-1 Remote Controllable Masking Source is a simple module that mounts in a standard AC wall outlet. It can be remotely turned on and off with a contact closure.
RCMS-1s are ideal for jury box masking systems that need to be controlled by the judge. Turn on/off is ramped to smooth the transition.
Ambient Noise Compensation
The LynTec C3 (Crowd Compensating Computer) automatically adjusts sound system gain to keep sound levels above crowd noise. There is nothing else like it for automatically tracking the fast rise and fall of sound levels in stadiums and other large venues!
